Zu vermieten ist ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Regal, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Auf Wunsch können Möbel auch gerne entfernt werden. Geteilt wird ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, dazu eine neue voll eingerichtete Küche (mit Induktionsherd), zwei Bäder (mit Badewanne und Dusche) und ein großer Südbalkon. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock mit Aufzug mit direktem Zugang zum schönen Gleisdreieckpark und 7 min fußläufig zum Potsdamer Platz. Die U1, U2 und U3 sind in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und Cafés sind ebenfalls alle fußläufig erreichbar, außerdem lädt der Gleisdreieckpark zum Joggen oder Entspannen ein.

I am renting out a room in my central and furnished apartment (85m2) which is located very centrally in the hip area of Kreuzberg and Mitte, close to Potsdamer Platz at the Gleisdreieckpark. The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) and very new and modern. It has a lovely wooden floor and underfloor heating. Your room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, cupboard, desk and chair. We would share a huge living room with a south facing balcony as well as two bath rooms and the big modern kitchen. The apartment is located perfectly with direct access to a green Berlin park and 7 min walking to Potsdamer Platz. You can reach public transport (U1, U2 and U3) by a 2 minutes walk as well as shops, bars, restaurants and cafés. The room costs 750 EUR per months including all expenses (internet, electricity etc.). Please write me a message for more info and photos.
