Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und mit Laminatboden ausgestattet. Es hat zwei Fenster von denen man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Gneisenaustraße hat. Veranstaltungen wie z.B. der Karneval der Kulturen ziehen am Wohnhaus vorbei und können gut vom Zimmer aus beobachtet werden.
Das Zimmer ist befristet aber bei einer angenehmen Stimmung kann das Mietverhältnis verlängert werden.
Im Zimmer sind Bett, ein Schreibtisch, und eine Kleiderstange (all die Dinge aus den Fotos gehören dem alten Mitbewohner und werden von diesem bei seinem Auszug mitgenommen).
The room is 20 square meter big with 2 large windows towards the large beautiful green gneisenaustreet. The room has a desk a large bed, a cupboard. The room apartment has a Full equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and thousands of spices. The bathroom has a washing machine, a bathtub and shower. The apartment is very light as it is in the foult floor
To us: we are a group of friends living life in Berlin and enjoying to the füllest. We enjoy good cooking sessions where everyone cooks for the others if the person is making food anyway. We dort have any food policies and everyone uses everything as pleased.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 5 min Fußweg entfernt von der U-Bahn Station Gneisenaustraße (U7). In 12 min kann die U-Bahn Station Mehringdamm (U7/U6) erreicht werden.
Weiter befindet sich die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur schönen Bergmannstraße, in welcher man sich in den zahlreichen Lokalitäten und Bars den Bauch voll und die Nacht um die Ohren schlagen kann. Auch Supermärkte und viele weitere Geschäfte sind dort zu finden und damit alles easy zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zur Entspannung bietet sich der Viktoria-Park an und auch das Tempelhofes Feld ist nicht weit weg.
The transportation possibilities are fantastic. The U-Bahnhof Gneisenaustrase with the U7 takes you from east to west across Berlin. on the other side you have the Mehringdamm with the U6 going north to south. Bus transportation is also very close and connected to all major buslines. The apartment is within the beautiful Bergmann Kiez which is an extremely popular shopping/hangout/food area in Kreuzberg. On the top of it all it is very close to the famous Tempelhofes airport and the beautiful Victoria park.
Mit in der Wohnung wohnen der Lebensfrohe Jakob und Paul. Wir werden ein entspanntes WG-Leben führen. Kochen gelegentlich zusammen und haben eine Putzplan, der auch meistens eingehalten wird. Wir studieren zusammen Internationale Not- und Katastrophenhilfe und leben daher in einer rücksichtsvollen Symbiose miteinander. Wir machen auch öfters gemeinsam Sport und gehen natürlich gerne feiern.
We are a beautiful symbiotic flat community that cooks together and enjoy the beauties of life in Berlin. we are partly at university or working. some more or the less. We discuss cleaning plans and always have something sizzling on the stove. We are very cosmopolitan constilated and are interested in someone coming from far away to live here in Berlin with us.
