The apartment is a very bright & big rooftop (tot.116 sqm) with 3 rooms (23sqm each), a big lounge (40 sqm) with a big TV sofa and a long dinner table, 2 bathrooms both with wc`s and a kitchen. We`re fully equipped with dish-washer, washing-machine, speed wifi, bathtub and extra shower. The room contains a double-bed, a wardrobe, drawers for clothes, book-shelves, a big mirror and a writing desk. Rent is 530 € EVERYTHING included.
Nur 1 Minute zur U-Bahn. Der Oranienkiez ist ein lebendiges Viertel voller Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Shops. Zum Landwehrkanal, der die multikulturellen Melting Pots Kreuzberg & Neukölln verbindet, sind es lediglich 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
The apartment is located in Adalbertstraße next to Oranienstraße in the heart of Kreuzberg 36. There are plenty of cafès, bars, restaurants and open air hang-outs in our area. A walk to the sunny canal that unites Kreuzberg & Neukölln as multicultural melting pots takes only 5 minutes from CasaAdal ;)
Ich bin Drehbuchautor/Texter und Co-Manager eines großen Fußballvereins in Kreuzberg. Ich spreche fließend Englisch, Italienisch & ok Französisch. Unser WG-Leben verläuft in der Regel sehr ruhig, ich/wir suche(n) auch eine ruhige umgängliche Person, die berufstätig ist oder in Vollzeit studiert. Ich bin selbst oft auf Reisen, meist im Home-Office und laptoppe viel im Zimmer und Cafés.
I am a screen- & copywriter (comedy/dramedy) and also a financial manager of a local football club. I speak fluent English & Italian since I lived in Florence, Rome, Sardegna, Tel Aviv & New York. The last 5 years I`ve been quite often in France (long distance relationship in Honfleur), so conversation in French is also possible.
Evtl wird bald noch ein 2. möbliertes Zimmer frei, aber das ist noch nicht ganz klar, da meine 2. Mitbewohnerin überlegt, nach Potsdam zu ziehen, wo sie jeden Tag in die Uni muss :(
