A room in a nice, freshly renovated Altbau flat, one minute away from U-Schlesiches Tor (U1,U3). The flat consists of spacious and equipped bathroom and kitchen, and three bedrooms. The offered room is 23sqm big, with a nice wooden floor and two windows facing the street making it pretty bright. The room will be empty without furniture. However we can discuss buying some of the things found in the photo in case wanted.
You will live in a distance of 1-2 minutes away from U-Schlesiches Tor (U1, U3), and Bus lines 165, 265.
You got many supermarkets, barbershops, spättis, cafes, bars, restaurants, the spree, the wall, the east side mall, and basically all you need in a small radius.
Living in Kreuzberg, pretty close to the border with Friedrichshain, Neukölln and Mitte.
We are Jorge (29) and Yotam (26).
Jorge works in a Finance Department and enjoys running, cycling and parks. Yotam is a back-office manager in a construction company and a shift manager in a restaurants during weekends.
We both have a passion for fitness, food, music, and everything healthy. We are both very ambitious, independent, structured, and have high standards. That finds practice also in the way we take care of our apartment. The apartment was completely renovated about a year ago, and for a year we built it up making it look tight.
We look for someone with which we all can cook awesome food, have nice conversations, share and support, build and push, and keep things clean and warm. Someone who will get that olive oil and toilet paper before the last ones run out. Doing sports and an intelligent taste in music is a bonus!
The rent's price includes everything - gas, electricity, internet and radio (GEZ).
The contract is for an unlimited time and you'll be here to stay in case the chemistry is right.
