Das Zimmer ist ca. 28m² groß und liegt zur Solmsstraße. Es wird möbliert vermietet mit großem Bett und Schreibtisch. Für die Möbel hätte ich gerne 200€ Kaution. Sachen aus der Küche/Bad/Flur können natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
The room is roughly 28sqm in size and faces Solmsstraße. It is fully furnished with a big bed and desk. For the furniture I am asking a 200€ deposit. You are, of course, free to use any equipment from the kitchen and bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der Gneisenaustraße und dem Bergmannkietz. Verschiedene Busse und U-Bahnen sind in 3-7 Minuten zu erreichen.
Auf der Bergmannstraße gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele verschiedene Restaurants zum Ausprobieren. Der Viktoriapark und die Hasenheide sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The flat is positioned between Gneisenaustraße and Bergmannkietz. Several busses and subway stations are within 3-7 minutes walking distance.
There are plenty of shopping and eating opportunities on Bergmannstraße. Viktoriapark and Hasenheide are both easily reachable by foot.
In der Wohnung leben sonst noch Tawan und Andi. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern versuchen regelmäßig zusammen zu kochen und zu essen. Wenn du bei uns nur kurzzeitig wohnst, musst du dich natürlich nicht genauso mitmachen, bist aber herzlichst willkommen!
Tawan and Andi would be your flatmates. We are not a "Zweck-WG", but try to spend some time together regularly by cooking and eating together for example. You will be very welcome to join in on this!
