Hallo ihr,

wir suchen ein*e Zwischenmieter*in für unsere 4er-WG!

Wir drei - Anna, Julia und David - sind zwischen Ende zwanzig und Anfang vierzig und verbringen unsere Arbeitszeit unter anderem in einem Backkollektiv, in einer Schule oder damit, gegen das europäische Grenzregime anzukämpfen; wir gehen auf Demos, Bouldern oder Eisbaden - manches davon zusammen, manches jede*r für sich. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, sind aber alle auch in eigenen Netzwerken und Aktivitäten eingebunden und es kann schon einmal vorkommen, dass wir uns tagelang nur mal kurz in der Küche begegnen. Gerade in der Sommerzeit sind wir alle viel unterwegs.

Besuch ist uns immer willkommen; unsere Zimmertüren sind meistens offen; wenn wir kochen, dann in der Regel vegetarisch, gleich für alle und nicht nur für uns alleine; wir teilen uns das Essen ohne gemeinsame Kasse oder Einkaufsplan und halten auch die Wohnung ohne Putzplan sauber. Beides erfordert Selbstbeobachtung, Selbständigkeit und eine offene Kommunikation miteinander und das klappt bei uns recht gut.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 6. Stock, ist hell und geräumig, hat einen Fahrstuhl und zwei Balkone, die wir gemeinschaftlich zum Sonnen und bei besonders viel Motivation auch mal zum Gemüse anpflanzen nutzen. Dort kannst du auch rauchen, die Wohnung selbst halten wir grundsätzlich rauchfrei. Zum Kotti braucht man 3 Minuten. Leider ist keine Anmeldung möglich.

Das freie Zimmer ist 13m² groß, kostet 300,- /Monat (Kaution 450,-). Es liegt zwischen Küche und Bad und ist relativ hellhörig, wenn du also besonders ruhebedürftig bist, ist das eher nichts für dich.

Room to sublet (from NOW until 30.9.) in 4-person flat-share at Kotti in quiet location

Hi there,

we're looking for a temporarily flatmate for our 4er-WG

The three of us - Anna, Julia and David - are between our mid-twenties and forties and spend our time in baking collectives (there is always fresh bread, yummy!), in schools or fighting against the European border regime among other things; we go bouldering, ice bathing or to demos - some of it we do together, some of it on our own. We enjoy spending time together, but all of us have also our our own networks and activities, and it can happen that for days we only meet each other briefly in the kitchen. Especially in the summer times we're busy and out a lot.

Visitors are always welcome; our room doors are usually open; when we cook, we usually cook vegetarian, for everyone and not just for us alone; we share meals without a joint household budget or shopping plan and also keep the flat clean without a rota. This requires both a bit of self-observation, independence and open communication with each other, but it's working out pretty well.

The flat itself is on the 6th floor, bright and spacious, has a lift and two balconies that we use communally for sunbathing and, if particularly motivated, for planting vegetables. There you can also smoke, we do not smoke inside the flat. It takes 3 minutes to get to Kotti. Unfortunately, registration is not possible.

The free room is 13m², rent is 300,- /month (deposit 450,-). It is located between the kitchen and the bathroom and comparatively noisy, so if you need a lot of peace and quiet, this is probably not for you.
