Beautiful, light room with furniture including a big bed (1,60x2,00m), a desk, a wardrobe, a chair and small table etc. The room has large windows with curtains. The room is very light, and very quiet, as this side of the house is towards a big garden.
A kitchen fully equipped also available, incl. washing machine.
Karl-Kunger-Strasse is a unique nice neighborhood, the "Kungerkiez"- a vivid area with a growing number of new apartments, galleries, cafes, and elegant bistros. It is in walking distance to the Landwehrkanal and bordered by the River Spree in the north, Kreuzberg in the west, and Neukölln in the south. Treptower Park, sometimes referred to as the green lung of east Berlin, takes up the entire eastern half of the extended Alt-Treptow district. South of the Treptower Park S-Bahn station, the area between Elsenstrasse and Bouchéstrasse is made up of mostly industrial facilities. Near the Treptowers skyscrapers on the River Spree is a mixture of renovated and new, contemporary-style apartments. In the northwestern part of the district, on Pushkinallee and Eichenstrasse, are a series of converted 19th-century villas, many of which have landmark status.
At the moment a very nice Italian man is living there. It is important for us that the two flatmates get to know each other in advance and are looking forward sharing the apartment. So we will take care in putting the interested people in contact after we have been pre-selecting the perfect tenant from our side.
Start of contract still flexible! Pls contact us via e-mail. The apartment/room is completely ready to move in between May 1st and June 1st pls understand- we only rent out as of this date, NOT LATER. Moreover we prefer to pls find a person interested in living there for one full year, minimum 9 months. Thank you.
