A large room in an old style (high ceilings etc.) Berlin building. The room is fully furnished as I am only away for three weeks. We have a nice balcony, large kitchen and bathroom with a bath.
The room is available for the first week of February.
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen zwischen Mehringdamm und Möckernbrücke mit U7. U6 und U1 in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es bieten sich dir viele schöne Bars, Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Viktoriapark und Gleisdreieckpark sind beide in jeweils 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The flat is in an ideal location between Mehringdamm and Möckernbrücke Ubahn stations - the U7, U6 and U1 are less than five minutes' walk away. A number of buses are also nearby.
A great number of nice bars, cafes and restaurants are to be found very close to the flat. Victoria park and Gleisdreieck park are both 5 to 10 minutes walk away respectively.
Die Mitbewohner sind alle aus der UK. Zwei kommen aus London und einer aus Schottland. Alle arbeiten also sollte unter der Woche Abends nicht zu laut werden.

The flatmates are all from the UK. Two are from London and one from Scotland. As everyone works during the week please be respectful and not too loud in the evenings.
