wir suchen ab Anfang Juni einen neuen Mitbewohner / eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3er WG in der Urbanstraße in Kreuzberg.
Bei den Räumen, die zur Untermiete angeboten werden, handelt es sich um zwei zusammengehörige Zimmer und einen seperaten Eingangsbereich, der zur privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung steht, die private Wohnfläche beträgt um die 30 m2. Jeder von uns hat seinen eigenen seperaten Wohn-Bereich mit eigenem Eingang, da hier drei Wohnungen in eine Einheit zusammengelegt wurden. Auf Wunsch hat man also viel Privatsphäre. Die Räume befinden sich im vierten Stock (ohne Aufzug), die Fenster gehen zum Hinterhof, nicht zur Straße, es ist also trotz der zentralen Lage eher ruhig, mit Himmel und Licht. Es handelt sich um einen Altbau und die Räume sind nicht renoviert, befinden sich aber soweit in gutem Zustand. Es gibt WLAN und einen eigenen Festnetzanschluss. Auf Wunsch sind die Räume möbliert (Bett, Matratze, Bettwäsche, Spiegel, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Sessel, Kleiderschrank, Kommode).
Zur Mitbenutzung stehen das Gemeinschaftsbad mit Badewanne und die große voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine zur Verfügung. Neben dem privaten Wohnbereich von ca. 30m2 kommen hier anteilig nochmal ca. 12m2 Wohnraum hinzu. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und eine Abstellkammer.

We are looking for a new roommate for our shared flat in Urbanstraße in Kreuzberg.
The rooms, which are offered for sublease, are two related rooms and a separate entrance area, which is available for private use, the private living space is around 30 m2. Each of us has its own separate living area with private entrance, since three apartments have been merged into one unit. On request you have a lot of privacy. The rooms are located on the fourth floor (no elevator), the windows are facing the backyard, not the street, so despite the central location it is rather quiet, with sky and light. It is an old building and the rooms are not renovated, but are so far in good condition. There is Wi-Fi and a private landline. Upon request, the rooms are fully furnished (bed, mattress, bed linen, mirror, desk, chair, armchair, wardrobe, chest of drawers).
For shared use the shared bathroom with bathtub and the large fully equipped shared kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher are available. In addition to the private living area of approx. 50m2, approx. 12m2 of living space are added. There is also a bicycle storage room and a storage room.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Verkehrsanbindungen zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind sehr gut, direkt vor der Haustür fährt die M41 Richtung Hauptbahnhof, der in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Die U-Bahnhaltestellen Südstern, Hermannplatz, Schönleinstraße, Kottbusser Tor sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Viertel liegt mitten im Gräfekiez und ist sehr grün und lebendig, ohne stressig zu sein, Landwehrkanal und Admiralsbrücke nicht mal 5 Minuten entfernt. Hasenheide, Bergmannkiez, Viktoriapark und das Tempelhofer Feld sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Supermärkte, sowie zahlreiche Cafés und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

The apartment is very centrally located. The transport links to public transport are very good, right on the doorstep the M41 goes towards the main station, which can be reached in about 15 minutes. The subway stations Südstern, Hermannplatz, Schönleinstraße, Kottbusser Tor are within walking distance. The district is located in the middle of the Gräfekiez and is very green and lively, without being stressful, Landwehrkanal and Admiralsbrücke not even 5 minutes away. Hasenheide, Bergmannkiez, Viktoriapark and Tempelhofer Feld are within walking distance. Shops and various supermarkets, as well as numerous cafes and bars are located in the immediate vicinity.
Wir, ein Mitte-30-jähriger Fernsehregisseur und ein 40-jähriger queerer Drehbuchautor/Grundschullehrer, (kein Paar), leben hier schon seit ein paar Jahren in einer WG zusammen, die Dritte im Bunde verlässt uns und wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Wir sind beide selbständig und arbeiten von zuhause aus. Da braucht man also schon mal seinen Rückzug... Abgesehen davon, nehmen wir Anteil am Leben des anderen, ohne dass wir uns planmäßig dazu verabreden. Jeder macht hier seins, hat seinen eigenen Rhythmus und Tagesablauf, aber darin tauscht man sich aus, macht es sich gemütlich zusammen und trinkt mal ein Bier oder einen Kaffee zusammen und geht auch mal zusammen aus. Wir sind (nicht nur beim Putzen) eher gelassen und gemütlich, bei uns in der Küche kann man rauchen und auch mal Freunde einladen.

You will share the flat with two persons:
Josa, is a 40 years old teacher and a screen writer.
Arne, is 34 years old and make documentaries for german TV.
The atmosphere is very relaxed, flatmates having a good talk in the kitchen, sharing a drink, but also being very independant.
This is not a "community flatsharing", were everybody cook together every day.
It is a big flat were every person gets its own entrance, allowing a very good privacy.
We, a 35-year-old director and a 40-year-old queer screenwriter/elementary school teacher, (not a couple), have been living together for a few years in a shared flat, the thirs party is leaving us, so we are looking for a new roommate.
We are both self-employed and work from home. So we need to retreat from time to time... Apart from that, we take part in each other's lives without having to make an appointment. Everyone here is doing their thing, has their own rhythm and daily routine, but besides we also drink a beer or a coffee together and sometimes go out together. In cleaning things we are relaxed, it's fine to smoke in the kitchen and to invite friends over from time to time. - So if you are more the structured kind of person it may not fit for you...

Die Miete ist vorerst auf 4 Monate bis zum 30.09.2022 befristet, weil dann der derzeitige Hauptmietvertrag ausläuft, vom Eigentümer gibt es aber die Aussicht einer Verlängerung.
The rent is limited to five months until the end of spetember 2022, (eventually it can be extended for a longer period).
