Das Zimmer ist 3,40 hoch und hat Stuckdecke.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große gemeinsame Küche.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert.
Die Lage ist eigentlich optimal: 3 U- Bahnlinien(U6, U1, U7, sowie mehrere Buslinien) in unmittelbarer Nähe(100 m). Einziger Nachteil ist das ziemlich stark befahrene Tempelhofer Ufer, nichts also für jemand die sehr lärmempfindlich ist. Aber bis jetzt haben es alle Bewohnerinnen als nicht zu lästig empfunden.
Eine dänische Doktorandin und eine russische Studentin. Beide sprechen nahezu perfekt deutsch, unterhalten sich aber untereinander vorwiegend auf englisch. Manchmal wird gemeinsam gekocht aber meistens hat jeder seinen eigenen Tagesablauf.
