Your room has a big window and lets in a lot of light. I has been completely renovated a few days ago. It can be equipped with a matress, desk, chairs, tables, shelves and cloth hangers so you have everything for a quick start in Berlin.
The Room is free from today.
The flat is on the 4th floor and therefore very bright, with most rooms facing south-west. It has an irresistably friendly atmosphere. The location of the appartment is just perfect. Kottbusser Tor can be reached within 1 minute (rather 30seconds) by foot, where you will find an abundance of supermarkets, cheap and diverse restaurants, as well as direct access to the U1 and the U8, night busses, and the S-Bahn is also only 2 stops away. Whether you want to go to the Warschauer Straße, Potsdamer Platz or Alexanderplatz, everything is reachable within 10-15 minutes. Kottbusser Tor has a lot to offer, as you will find the famous Oranienstraße there, with some of the best bars in Berlin. There are also a lot of art expositions in this area. The beautiful Paul-Lincke-Ufer and Maybachufer is 1 minute away, where you will find some of the best markets in Berlin, grocery as well as fleemarkets. But the Canal is a gem by itself, where you can play Boule or just enjoy hot summer days sitting on the shore, enjoying life with your friends and really feeling the sunset on the river, watching canoes pass and indulging in a glass of wine, or puff a J =). This is a fantastic area to live in and among the best places in Berlin.
What can i say, its a very pleasant life here. We are equipped with everything you need (Dish Washer, Washing Machine both from Miele =) Gas Stove, Bathtub, 2 Toilets and a cleaning roster. There will be always someone in the kitchen to have a chat with when you come home, or you can spend some quality time with yourself :P no pressure at all. Everyone is respected and there is no judgement. A great sense of humour would be a great bonus ;) as comical people live here. WG-experience is also a must. we want so socialize in the flat. cooking and food is completely separated. Everyone usually has their own agenda when it comes to that.
You can have visitors but as we are already 5 ppl it cant be too much. For example your boyfriend / girlfriend should not be there all the time. I think that is understandable. We also dont want the extreme hipster in the flat. If you wear only black, have tattoos and go to berghain every weekend i think you are not a great fit for us. Cleaning after yourself when you cook in the kitchen is also crucial. But that is a no-brainer for most people i guess if possible send us a picture or link to facebook - don't worry we are not superficial people here.
