Zi. 1: 25.5qm (belegt, 366€)
Zi. 2: 27.7qm (frei, 386€, zeigt zur Heimstraße)
Zi. 3: 12.4qm (frei, 249€, zeigt zum Hinterhof)
Die Küche ist geräumig mit großem Kühlschrank. Von Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Geschirr etc. ist das meiste vorhanden. Das Bad ist etwas kleiner, Badewanne und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Bei Bedarf können ein paar Möbel und Matratze der Vormieterin übernommen werden.

In the kitchen, there is enough space to cook and sit comfortably. There is a big refrigerator. Stuff like microwave, pots, dishes, … is mostly there. The bathroom is a bit small but has got a bathtub and a washing machine. If needed, some furniture and mattress could be taken over.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Heimstraße im Bergmannkiez. Eine ruhige und entspannte Lage mit guter Anbindung an U7/U6 und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Biocompany und Alnatura gleich um die Ecke). Man ist sehr schnell in schönen Parks (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, Viktoriapark).

The flat is located at the Heimstraße in the “Bergmannkiez”. A nice and quiet living area with a good connection to public transport (U7/U6) and good shopping facilities. There are beautiful parks nearby (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, Viktoriapark).
Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, in Berlin geboren und studiere Medizin im 8. Semester. Zurzeit bin ich mit Studium, Nebenjob und meiner Doktorarbeit etwas eingespannt und hänge leider öfter am Schreibtisch. Ich habe einen eher introvertierten ruhigen Lebensstil. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich (in Pandemie-freien Zeiten) gerne Joggen, Schwimmen, zum Yoga, fahre Fahrrad oder gehe in die Natur, etc. Ich lebe überwiegend vegan und versuche mich derzeit schrittweise zero waste anzunähern.

I am 28 years old, born in Berlin and studying medicine in the 4th year. At the moment I am a bit busy with studying, with my job and my doctoral study and sadly sitting a lot in front of my laptop, when I'm home. In general, I’ve got an introverted quiet lifestyle. In my free time (and in pandemic free times) I like going running, cycling, doing yoga, go out in nature, etc. I am mostly vegan and try to go more and more zero waste.
Falls du denkst das könnte passen, dann schreib mir gerne (E-Mail bevorzugt) und erzähl bitte etwas von dir. Bitte schreibe auch für welchen Zeitraum du ein Zimmer suchst (bitte mindestens für 4 Monate, leider erstmal auf maximal 1 jahr befristet, aber eventuell auch länger). Ich freu mich auf dich!
Mein Vorschlag für ein paar gemeinsame Regeln wäre:
- Pinkeln nur um Sitzen
- Kein Rauchen in der WG (ab und zu mal ein Joint wäre für mich ok)
- Keine Homepartys
- Schlafrhythmus der anderen Mitbewohner:innen respektieren (Meiner liegt derzeit so bei 0-8 Uhr)
- Müll trennen
Es gibt einen mini Pluspunkt, wenn Du kurz das Stichwort „heim“ erwähnst... :)

If you think that could fit, just write me a message (E-Mail preferred) and write some words about you. Please write for which time period you're looking for a room (at least 4 months, sadly at the moment to a maximum of 1 year, but maybe even longer). Looking forward to hearing from you.
My proposal for some common rules would be
- peeing while sitting
- no smoking in our home (but occasionally some weed would be no problem for me)
- no home parties
- respect each’s sleeping rhythm (mine is from 0 to 8 at the moment)
- waste separation
If you want you can add the word “heim”, to confirm you have read the text... :)
