I am moving in with my girlfriend, and I am renting my room, first for a limited time up to mid-September.
Your room will be 13 square meters, and it will be furnished with:
- bed (160x200 cm)
- desk (160x80 cm)
- chair
- closet
In the room there will be many more things (especially many books, vinyls and plants) that I am not currently able to bring with me, but I will pick them up as soon as we’ll find a flat.
One wall of the room is completely made of glass and one can't say that light is missing ☀️. Unwanted sunbeams can be filtered by electrically operated shutters, plus thick grey curtains.
Heat and sound insulation are guaranteed by very thick three-layered modern windows (no traffic noise, guaranteed! 😴🤞🏻), one of them( half fo the entire window) can be opened for some fresh air.
The flooring is parquet all around the house and there is floor heating with room independent thermostat, so you can choose your own season to live in 😬. On top of this, fresh air is circulated in each room through a ventilation system that guarantees filtered air all day long.
A dedicated closet is present in the room (including convenient mirror doors), plus a couple of extra drawers are present in the common space and free to use for yourself.
Special feature of the house: unplastered ceiling that channels that Berlin raw vibe.
The location of the flat is great for people loving Kreuzberg but not wanting to stay in the middle of people flowing everywhere. Nightlife areas are anyway at a stone throw.
Public transport is very easily accessible:
- Moritzplatz UBahn station (U8) is literally 4 minutes walking
- Bus M29 at 4 minutes walking distance
- Bus 147 at 5 minutes walking distance
