Wunderschönes und großes Zimmer frei: 25qm, ist sehr hell und hat einen neuen Echtholzparkettboden, sowie 3 Fenster in Richtung Osten. Die Tür ist abschließbar, auch wenn das bei uns nicht gang und gebe ist. Das Zimmer wird prinzipiell möbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 98 qm, bietet also genug Platz , auch wenn wir alle ziemlich beschäftigt und nur abends anzutreffen sind.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Herzen Kreuzbergs innmitten eines Carées, ein Riesenhinterhof sozusagen zwischen der schönen verkehrsberuhigten Naunynstraße und der Waldemarstraße. Die Wohnung ist also weit weg vom Straßenlärm. Von der Terrasse (Westausrichtung) bietet sich ein Blick ins Grüne.
Die Wohnung wurde im September 2019 komplett renoviert. Wir haben somit eine neue Küche, neuen Echtholzparkettboden, ein neues Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein separates Klo, frisch gestrichene Wände, zwei große Kühlschränke und einen riesigen Flur
