This bedroom is furnished and comes with:

Two huge windows cover a whole wall side to side. They let in *a lot* of light, making this room unusually bright and sunny for Berlin's standards.
The flat is on the 4th floor of a big building served by two elevators. It has two bathrooms, a large living room (with a huge, bright projector) and an open kitchen facing a second balcony.
The apartment is on the border between Kreuzberg and Mitte. It's very well served by public transports (bus stop is 100m away, U6 is 500m, U1, U2 and U8 are 10 minutes each by foot, or a couple minutes by bus), and lots of services can be found anywhere in the area: restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops of any kind...
Close to the apartment there are lots of public areas (small parks, sport courts, playgrounds), with nice fountains and rabbits and squirrels. The area is also very clean, safe and well kept.
...Just look up the address on Google Maps: we're pretty much in the very center of the Ring, at walking distance kind of everything, from Potsdamer Platz to Kotti, in a green and calm area surrounded by history, culture, art and nightlife.

We are living a really nice WG life, we are friendly and help each other out. We are not allowed to have WG parties, but we invite people over for dinner or for a movie night. Don't worry, even if we are 6 in the apartment, we all have our own privacy :) We are all working, very social and we enjoy spending time together. We're always trying new recipes, watching movies together on the huge projector or playing ukulele chilling in the living room. Every Sunday we try to have our famous WG night: trying new recipes and watching a movie together. Of course you don't have to, but we are looking for someone with the same vibes than us !
Since we are 6 people in this flat, we are very tidy, so it has to be one of your qualities.
For cleaning, we have a rotation. If we found that something is not conform to what we are expecting, we have no problem to tell to each other, we want to keep a very nice and peacefull environment.
Some house rules include:
- no shoes in the flat.
- no smoking. Anywhere, even on the balconies. If you smoke, you can use the building balcony, outside the apartment, on the same floor.
- don't leave a mess: put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and if you spill something or do more mess than it's normal, please clean after yourself.
- just have common sense and be a decent human being :)
Because of COVID-19, let's have some videoalls first to show you the flat and meet each other, and only schedule an in-person visit when both parties are pretty much settled.
