In dem Zimmer befinden sich zur Zeit ein paar Schränke, Sofa, Sessel & Bett mit Matratze. Die Möbel können drinnen bleiben. Ansonsten haben wir ein sehr großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und einen ewig langen Flur.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Viktoriapark und Gleisdreieckpark. S & U Yorckstraße ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Zimmer ist erstmal frei bis Dezember und kann eventuell verlängert werden.
Wir sind schon zu dritt in der Wohnung und suchen eine(n) weitere(n) Mitbewohner(in). In einem Zimmer wohnt ein Pärchen aus Italien und Österreich. Sie arbeitet als Tänzerin und er beim Film. Unter normalen Umständen sind die beiden jobtechnisch viel unterwegs. Ich arbeite freiberuflich als UX Designer und das auch oft von zu Hause.

The room includes 2 dressers, vintage cabinet, couch, lounge chair & Bed base with mattress. Furniture can be removed if not needed. Besides that the we have a huge bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub, a kitchen with dishwasher and a really long hallway.
The flat is situated between Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieckpark. Really close to several Supermarkets. S+U Yorckstraße is in walking distance.
Available till at least December 1st. With possibility of an extension.
There are three of us already living in the flat looking for one more roommate. A couple from Austria and Italy is living in one room. She is a dancer and he is working in film. They both travel a lot for work. I often work from home as a freelance UX Designer.
