The appartement is located at the 5th floor of an Altbau.
The room is furnished with a convertible sofa/bed (transforming the bedroom in a living room as you wish), two white tables, one black armchair, one desk and one chair, one book shelf and two wardrobes.
It means you litterally to arrive with you luggages. If you have furnitures, we can move things around.
The flat is located in Obentrautstrasse, near Bergmannkiez. The Gleisdreieck park is two minutes away by walk.
Transport: 2 min to U6/7 Mehringdamm or U1/3/6 Halleschestor and 5min to S1 Yorkstrasse
Park: 2min to Gleisdreieck, 5min to Viktoriapark
Plenty of supermarkets, fitnesses, bars,... everything close. However, the street Obentrautstrasse is very silent. Kind of perfect situation.
You will share the flat with me, Romain, 32yo, worker, French, who is renting the other room (and the flat as Hauptmieter, you will be Untermieter/-in, declared to the landlord, and you can have the Anmeldung).
The WG is chill. Keep calm and relax! :)
My female long-term flatmate is leaving for a few months and may come back or not. The room is therefore available (empty, she moved her stuff) till June 12th and/or forever. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dish washer, washing machine, grill, mixer, cuttlery, plates, e-very-thing.
We have a balcony from the kitchen, oriented South, which is nice to take the sun and have lunch outside.
All the spaces are shared in too in equal part so you can bring your stuff and will have enough space in the fridge :)
