Hi there!
We have a one room free in this 3-WG from 1st of July.
The apartment is very bright and has nice views. It has a really big living room, toilet with washing machine, a modern kitchen and a balcony. It is situated at Platz der Luftbrücke, opposite the main entrance to the old Tempelhof airport (5. floor with elevator). The WG is greatly located, just 5 min walk to the Bergmannstr. The U6 stop and the 104&248 bus stops are across the street and the Viktoria Park is just around the corner.
The room is 12 square meters, bright and half-furniture. And the rent for this room is 470€ plus the wifi cost which is 10 € a month.
I am Anna, 26, finnish singer/songwriter and moving out of the flat.Your future roommates would be Sani, 22, indian fashion student and Aga, 31, polish accountant. we like to keep to common areas clean and we're pretty independent but very friendly with each other (sometimes sharing extra deserts ;P). We would love to have a familiar atmosphere at the WG so that we all can feel at home!
