We are Rebecca (Costa Rica), Soley (Iceland), Harrison (Australia) and Marianne (France) and we will have a Room available from the 01.07.20 UNLIMITED (females only). The whole flat is in the second floor is fully furnished.

There is everything you need. You can "jump out" of the window in order to chill on our balony that you share with Marianne.
There is a fully furnished eat-in kitchen including a washing machine, a DISHWASHER a refrigerator, a TV. Also included is an electric iron and an ironing board. No pets please.
We have a fast Internet connection.
The price for the room is 470 € which includes all utilities and the TV tax, but no heating. We prefer a stay for at least 6 months, but we can talk in exceptional cases about other options. It is also possible to get a “registration” in case you need an “Anmeldung” at “Bürgeramt”, cause you will rent the room directly from the owner.
The location is Kreuzkölln (Kreuzberg/Neukölln) is very favourite by artists and students and young people. It is very central and near to the train station Hermannplatz (5 min). This train has a direct connection to Yorckstr, Alexanderplatz, Rosenthaler Platz, Kottbusser Tor, Mehringdamm and Gesundbrunnen. The flat is on the favourite Pannierstr./Weserstr. Right in front of the house are loads of great bars, restaurants and cafés. There are different kinds of delicious and cheap food to find. The busses M41 and M29 go directly to Hauptbahnhof or Kurfürstendamm.
HWR and HTW is also not far.

We are looking for a tidy, funny and responsible girl or friend in order to keep our cosy family atmosphere. We eat together, go out together and have fun together, therefore we look for someone who would like to join us. We also have a cleaning plan
