The space consists of two rooms, a 13 m² bedroom and a large 30m² room which can be used as a lounge, office or bedroom depending on the need. The bedrooms receive direct light in the morning, and remain bright during the day. Everything is clean and has been repainted 6 months ago. The space is furnished with a double mattress, a commode, 2 tables and a pallet sofa.
The rest of the apartment is very pleasant to live in. The kitchen is comfortable and warm, with a view of the trees, while the bathroom is very spacious.
There are two other bedrooms in the WG, which will be occupied.

Der Raum besteht aus zwei Räumen, einem 13 m² großen Schlafzimmer und einem 30 m² großen Raum, der je nach Bedarf als Wohnzimmer, Büro oder Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann. Die Schlafzimmer erhalten morgens direktes Licht und bleiben tagsüber hell. Alles ist sauber und wurde vor 6 Monaten neu gestrichen. Der Raum ist mit einer Doppelmatratze, einer Kommode, 2 Tischen und einem Palettensofa ausgestattet.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm zu bewohnen. Die Küche ist gemütlich und warm, mit Blick auf die Bäume, während das Badezimmer sehr geräumig ist.
Es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer in der WG, die belegt werden.
The district (U bahn Schlesisches Tor) is very central and lively, with all shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and parks nearby. The Landwehrkanal and the Spree are also less than 10 minutes walk away.
The neighbours in the building are very friendly.

Der Bezirk (U bahn Schlesisches Tor) ist sehr zentral und lebendig, mit allen Geschäften, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs und Parks in der Nähe. Auch der Landwehrkanal und die Spree sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Nachbarn im Gebäude sind sehr freundlich.
I leave my beautiful room to live in Prenzlauer Berg. Olivia, the Hauptmieterin, is currently living in the apartment. Another person will move in at the same time as you in the WG.
It's a fairly chill WG, which respects the privacy of others, while welcoming with great pleasure a glass of wine in the kitchen, if the desire is shared.
We are looking for a couple, or two friends who would like to live together, but everything is open! The apartment is available now, at the latest by the first of August, and this until first of October.

Ich verlasse mein schönes Zimmer, um in Prenzlauer Berg zu wohnen. Olivia, die Hauptmieterin, wohnt derzeit in der Wohnung. Eine andere Person wird zur gleichen Zeit wie Sie in der WG einziehen.
Es ist eine ziemlich kühle WG, die die Privatsphäre der anderen respektiert, während sie mit großer Freude ein Glas Wein in der Küche empfängt, wenn der Wunsch geteilt wird.
Wir suchen ein Paar oder zwei Freunde, die gerne zusammenleben möchten, aber alles ist offen! Die Wohnung ist ab sofort verfügbar, spätestens am 1. August, und dies bis zum 1. Oktober.
