Hi,
You can stay in a lovely room with balcony in Kreuzberg. It´s a big and cozy room. Definitely you can enjoy your stay here. The hole flat is very quite since it is in a dead end street. The room is stuffed with a big bed, a wardrobe, a wirting desk :) The location is great, you can read more in "Lage"
Unfortunately it is without Anmeldung.
The flat is free from September 1st until December, 1st 2020.

Du kannst in einem schönen Zimmer mit Balkon in Kreuzberg wohnen. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind super ruhig und man kann sich hier auf jeden Fall wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und sehr groß. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, ein Sofa, einen Kleiderschrank und ein gemütliches Bett.
Die Lage ist super dazu könnt ihr mehr unter "Lage" lesen.
The apartment is located in the beautiful district of Kreuzberg. It is located near the underground stations Mehringdamm and Hallesches Tor (U1, U6, U7). It is therefore very central and you can reach almost any place in Berlin quickly.
In addition, it is very quiet in the area, however you can find everthing you need nearby (supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc.).
The beautiful Gleisdreieck Park is in fine weather the perfect place to relax.
It is definitely worthwhile to stop by :)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zu 4 U-Bahnen (U6,U7,U1,U3) in Laufnähe (5min). Dadurch ist man in ganz Berlin überall sehr schnell. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe zwei schöne Parks (Gleisdreieck Park und Viktoria Park), die beide zum Erholen und Sportmachen einladen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse, weshalb es super ruhig in der Wohnung ist.
Die Bergmanstr. mit Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
You will live together with me, Sofia. I am 26 and working. Right now I often work from home, so I will be around quite a lot.
I´d like to have a nice and clean flatmate and to spend some time together, for example cooking or so. We don´t have to hang out 24/7 but I´d prefer we had a relaxed and harmonious living together.

Ich freue mich auf eine nette, rücksichtsvolle und gewissermaßen saubere Person, mit der mal ab und zu in der Küche zusammen quatschen kann, vielleicht was zusammen kochen o, ä. Ich bin kein Fan von Zweck-Wgs, habe aber voll Verständnis wenn der/die andere gerade seine/ihre Ruhe braucht.
