Da ich für 2 Wochen verreise biete ich meine beiden Zimmer (10qm&13qm) mit Balkon (voll möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch etc) im wunderschönen Bergmannkiez an. Das eine Zimmer ist ein Schlaf- und Fernsehzimmer mit Apple TV & Balkon. Das andere ein Büro mit Schreibtisch. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man zum Leben braucht.

As I'll be on vacation for 2 weeks I'm subletting my two rooms. The rooms are with a (10qm&13qm) beautiful & quiet balcony. One room is a bed- & TV room with Apple TV and a balcony. The other one is an office with a desk.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Bergmannkiez zwischen Mehringdamm und Viktoriapark. Rewe ist direkt gegenüber vom Haus und auch Aldi, Lidl und Biomärkte sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Perfekte Anbindung mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Mehringdamm (U6&7) 10 min zur Möckernbrücke oder S Yorckstraße.
The flat is located in one of Kreuzbergs most relaxed areas the Bergmannkiez. The neighborhood (Bergmannkiez) is perfectly located between Mitte and the hip Neukölln. All major sights can be reached by foot (Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburger Tor) or conveniently by U-Bahn. The station Mehringdamm & Möckernbrücke are a 5-10 Minute walk. The flat is located between two beautiful parks (Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieck) where you can go for a run or enjoy the last warm days. Two supermarkets are right next to the flat and everything else you need is just a 5 minute walk away on Bergmannstraße (cafes, restaurants, organic stores…)
Julia, deine Mitbewohnerin ist 27 und arbeitet als Innovations- und Nachhaltigkeitsberaterin. Aktuell arbeitet sie aus dem home office, also ist es wichtig, dass ihr euren Raum gegenseitig respektiert. 😉In ihrer Freizeit genießt sie es zu Fotografieren, Berlins Flohmärkte zu entdecken, Museen zu besuchen oder in die Natur zu entfliehen.
Julia your flatmate is 27 and working as a innovation and sustainability consultant. Currently she’s working from home so it’s important that you respect each others spaces 😉. In her free time enjoys photography, strolling around berlins fleamarkets, going to museums or escaping into nature.
