I am offering a WG-Zimmer in 3-people Frauen WG located in the heart of Kreuzberg near Maybachufer.
I've decided to go back to my home country and stay there for a couple months, so I am looking for someone to sublet my room while I am away.
Please be aware that the subletting period is only 2 months (more or less 8 weeks) from 13th November to 8th January. Anmeldung, therefore, is NOT possible.
Due to current COVID-19 situation, we prefer someone who can behave consciously according to the governmental regulations and share the same level of hygiene.
The location is super central, within 5 mins walking distance to either U1/U8 Kottbusser Tor or U8 Schönleinstraße. You will have a variety of options of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets that you never get bored of. You have various supermarket chains all in 1 - 5 mins walking distance.
You will be living with two nice, relaxed German girls who are now studying and working. We take turns to clean our bathroom every week and we expect the potential sublet will also take part in it.
