Hello!
I’m renting my 16m2 room in a 3er WG from Nov 29 until Jan 18.
The apartment is a renovated Altbau and is in the heart of Kreuzberg near Prinzenstr/Hallesches Tor Ubahn.
Flat is shared with two other guys (Brendan and Jonny) in a 88m2 flat 5min away from the canal. Price is 500€/month (Warm) plus 500€ Kaution.
The room is fully furnished including a queen size bed, large flat screen TV, a desk, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and even a keyboard.
The guys really enjoy cooking, football, and travel.
I am traveling out of the country so I am looking to sublet my room while I am gone.
The place is in between Hallesches Tor and Prinzenstr U-Bahn on the U1/U3/U6 lines (5min walk).
It is also between Moritzplatz (U8) and Geneisenauerstr (U7) U-Bahn (10min walk).
You are at a 5min walk to the canal and within 5min bike, you are at Kotti, Kreuzkölln, Bergmankiez, Check Point Charlie.
There is an Edeka and Netto within 5min walk.
We are all very cautious about COVID and are looking for someone who is also careful. We just ask that you respect the rule. So if the government asks that you only meet with one other household at a time, then we do that and we we ask you to do the same. Having friends over to hang out is fine as long as it is in line with the regulations. We are not accepting parties due to the pandemic.
