Our WG (British male, German female, American female) have a room available in our 4 bedroom WG. We are all chill people working (or writing a Master Thesis) full-time and are looking for someone who is the right fit :-)
The room is fully furnished (sofa, loft bed, desk, wardrobe) and is perfect for someone who would like to have a relaxed home with a community atmosphere yet plenty of space and privacy.
Ideally, we are looking for someone 25+ who is either studying in Berlin, working in a permanent job or is self-employed and would like to move in with us for at least 12 months. Sadly, our WG has thin walls, so we are looking for someone considerate of noise after 11pm on weeknights and generally a good communicator.
We are not a Zweck-WG that locks our doors and steer clear of each other. We want everyone here to feel at home - we have our own lives and schedules, so sometimes we might have a coffee/dinner in the kitchen; however, other times we won’t cross paths for a week or so, as we are all in our own schedules and social circles.
We are not a family replacement or a Berlin guide (so if you live in/know the city that’s a plus), but it's important that everyone gets along well so that we are relaxed and considerate, and can address everything openly.
Since we all either study or work, we have quite regular daily routines and are not a party-home. We are also a strict non-smoking flat, but otherwise open to everything. We look after our rooms lovingly and like it very clean and tidy (we have a schedule to each spend 1hr a month cleaning the common spaces).

Our lovely Kreuzberg apartment is located along the river between the underground stations Hallesches Tor, Mehringdamm and Möckernbrücke - U6, U7, U1, U3, and M41, which can all be reached within 5 minutes on foot. The Gleisdreieck and the Viktoriapark are just around the corner, as well as shopping facilities (LPG, Edeka, Rewe).
The apartment is in the back building, therefore tranquil, without street noise and with bicycle parking in the courtyard. This, along with 100mbps WiFi, makes it an ideal setting for a home office environment.
