The room is bright and spacious, with beautiful plants.
The rent is 420€ including all amenities. 50€ deposit is required.
The flat is located between Paul Lincke Ufer and Görlitzer Park. The area is very nice for a walk or coffee outside by the canal, and it is possible to feel a social vibe even during the lockdown.
U1 Kotbusser Tor and U8 Schönleinstr. stops are less than 1 km.
The bus line M29 is just at the doorstep.
In the flat you will have 3 nice and chill flatmates, there is a safe and peaceful atmosphere. During corona-lockdown two of us are working/studying from home.
In terms of hygiene measures that corona has brought, we are caring each other's health.
There is a possibility that the sublet period could be extended until April, this would be clear in February.
Dates can be a bit flexible. It is also possible to sublet for shorter term.
