Da ich in eine eigene Wohnung ziehe, wird ab dem 1. April mein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer befindet in einer 3er-WG in einem Neubau. Es ist 14m2 groß und kostet mit allem 475 Euro.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg Grenze Mitte - sehr gut angebunden. Die U-6 Haltestelle Kochstraße/Check Point Charlie ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich um die Ecke.
In der WG wohnen Caja (27) und Basti (33). Caja arbeitet in einer PR-PA-Agentur und Basti ist Data Scientist. Derzeit ist er allerdings in Portugal und kommt er im Sommer wieder. Beide sind sehr nett und jederzeit offen für ein gemeinsames Glas Wein in der Küche oder für einen Spieleabend.
Am liebsten wäre mir jemand, die/der gegen einen Abschlag meine Möbel übernimmt, da meine neue Wohnung möbliert ist.
