The room is very spacious as you can see in the picture. Everything you see will be left in the room. In case you need to work you can use my 2 desktop screens. There are 2 plants that I'm leaving, would be great if you could take care of it!
The appartment is located inbetween kotbusser Tor and Görlitzer Bahnhof, therefore you have access to the M29, U1, U3 and U8.
We are next to Paul Linke Ufer so its very nice for a hangout or a walk. You have reastaurants and grocery stores nearby (Penny and Biomarkt). Its calm during the night
My rommmate is Zoe from Zwiterland doing an architect internship here in Berlin.
We usually spent our day separate (both working) but would share activities like flohmarkts.
Regarding cleaning: The common rooms get cleaned twice per week by a cleaning person. I will let you discuss it between if you want to keep the service during your time there
Im on PTO the whole so I will be flexible for visits.
If you are "the chosen one" I will need you to come again one evening to meet my roommate and see if you would get along well.
The important: That you will get along well with my roommate and will be able to handle payment and papers quite fast
The price is given for a month. Also there is a possibility to extend for a few weeks (can be discussed end of january)
