I am subletting my room starting from (ASAP) as soon as possible to the end of June (with the possibility to extend depending on my landlord's plans). The flat is located in the west of Kreuzberg and is very close to lots of parks (z.B. Park am Gleisdreieck), lovely cafés and shops. There's a really cool vibe.
I am renting my bedroom which is the room with the desk in it. You will need to source a mattress (there should be a bed frame in the basement which you can use). This can be done really cheaply either through facebook marketplace or other second hand websites.
The flat is really spacious and light (south facing) with a balcony and large living room. There is a separate kitchen/dining room space with a smeg (!) fridge. It is an old building so has some lovely features; big windows, parquet floors.
The flat is shared with my roommate - he is English, very sociable and friendly and currently studying in Berlin over the summer. 🦋🕺🏻

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer ab (ASAP) so bald wie möglich bis Ende Juni (mit der Möglichkeit, es je nach den Plänen meines Vermieters zu verlängern). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Westen von Kreuzberg und liegt ganz in der Nähe vieler Parks (z.B. Park am Gleisdreieck), schöner Cafés und Geschäfte. Es gibt eine wirklich coole Stimmung.
Ich miete mein Schlafzimmer, das das Zimmer mit dem Schreibtisch ist. Sie müssen eine Matratze beschaffen (im Keller sollte sich ein Bettrahmen befinden, den Sie verwenden können). Dies kann sehr billig entweder über den Facebook-Marktplatz oder andere gebrauchte Websites erfolgen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hell (nach Süden ausgerichtet) mit einem Balkon und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine separate Küche / Esszimmer mit einem smeg (!) Kühlschrank. Es ist ein altes Gebäude, hat also einige schöne Eigenschaften; große Fenster, Parkettböden.
Die Wohnung wird mit meinem Mitbewohner geteilt - er ist Engländer, sehr kontaktfreudig und freundlich und studiert derzeit im Sommer in Berlin.
