Möbliertes 25qm Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete

Hello zusammen,

ich bin für drei Monate in der Pfalz und suche eine nette Zwischenmieterin für mein möbliertes WG-Zimmer.

Ich lebe seit zwei Jahren zusammen mit Katharina in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung am Planufer. Unser gemeinsames Leben & Wohnen ist sehr entspannt und witzig. Von Essen, Trinken, Kochen, Quatschen, Tanzen, mittelmäßige Horrorfilme gucken, Urlaub machen, Dinge unternehmen und Pizzaexzessen ist alles dabei. Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene und gesellige Person, die einem geregelten Tagesablauf nachgeht bzw. rücksichtsvoll ist, was den Arbeitsalltag (Homeoffice) der anderen angeht.

Katharina ist seit knapp drei Jahren in Berlin, davor war sie viel auf Reisen, zuletzt u.a. in Australien und Asien. Sie versüßt sich ihren Berliner Alltag gerne mit Kunst, Kaffee und netten Menschen. Nach ihrem vorigen Leben als Englisch- und Kunstlehrerin arbeitet sie nun für einen gemeinnützigen Verein im Bildungsbereich im Homeoffice. Es wäre es cool, wenn du vor allem während der Woche einer eher ruhigeren Abendgestaltung nachgehst, wobei man natürlich nichts gegen ein gemeinsames Dinner oder ein nettes Glas Vino hat. :)

Die Wohnung ist 76 Quadratmeter groß inklusive zwei Zimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne sowie einer zweizimmrigen Küche. Spülmaschine, Balkon, Badezimmerfenster, nette Nachbar*innen, ein Schlauchboot und sonstige Luxuriösitäten sind allesamt vorhanden. Von beiden Zimmern aus blickt man auf den Landwehrkanal, Schwäne und flanierende Menschen. Kotti und Schönleinstraße sind quasi direkt um die Ecke. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist das ohne Balkon. Möbeltechnisch wird es ein Mix aus den Möbeln, die auf den vier Zimmerbildern zu sehen sind, da Katharina für die Zeit in mein Zimmer zieht und wir nicht alles durchtauschen werden.

Hello everyone,

I'm in the Pfalz for three months and I'm looking for a nice interim tenant for my furnished WG room.

I have been living together with Katharina in this beautiful apartment at Planufer for two years now. Our life & living together is very relaxed and funny. From eating, drinking, cooking, chatting, dancing, watching mediocre horror movies, going on vacation, doing little excursions and having pizza excesses, it's all there. We are looking for an outgoing and sociable person who follows a regular daily routine and is considerate of others' work schedules (home office).

Katharina has been in Berlin for about three years. Next to traveling - before Berlin through Australia and SE Asia - she loves art, coffee and hanging out with the lovely people she calls her friends. After having taught Art and English for a while, she now works for an NGO focusing on digital education, and she mainly does so from home. It would be great if you prefer more chill/quiet evenings during the week, although a nice dinner or a glass of wine on the balcony are regular activities of course. :)

The apartment is 76 square meters, including two rooms, a bathroom with a shower bath and a nice kitchen. Dishwasher, balcony, bathroom window, nice neighbors, a rubber boat and other luxuries are all present. Both rooms overlook the Landwehrkanal, swans and strolling people. Kotti and Schönleinstraße are just around the corner. The room for rent is the one without a balcony. Furniture-wise it will be a mix of the furniture you can see in the four room pictures, since Katharina is moving into my room for the time and we won't swap everything.
