Hello! (english below) Ich bin Simon und vermiete ab sofort kurzfristig mein Zimmer in dieser schönen WG für den Monat August.
Wir wohnen hier zu dritt. Dich werden zwei liebe Mitbewohnerinnen Noha und Katharina erwarten. Die Wohnung ist ca. 83qm groß, hat 3 Zimmer und eine schöne Küche. Mein Zimmer zeigt nach vorne zur Heimstraße, ist 25qm groß, hat einen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, die Möbel kannst Du gerne nach deinen Wünschen verrücken). Bettzeug und Handtücher sind vorhanden, falls Du welche brauchst. Die Küche ist geräumig mit großem Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Das Bad ist etwas kleiner, aber es gibt eine Badewanne.

Hello! I'm Simon and I'm renting my room in this nice shared flat for whole month of August.
Two lovely roommates, Noha and Katharina will be waiting for you. The apartment is about 83sqm, has 3 rooms and a nice kitchen. My room faces the front to Heimstraße, is 25sqm, has a balcony. The room is furnished (as seen in the photos, you are welcome to move the furniture according to your wishes). Blankets, linen and towels are available if needed. The kitchen is spacious with a large fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom is a bit smaller, but there is a bathtub.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Heimstraße im Bergmannkiez. Eine ruhige und entspannte Lage mit guter Anbindung an U7/U6 und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Biocompany, Alnatura, Edeka nicht weit entfernt). Man ist sehr schnell in schönen Parks (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, Viktoriapark).

The flat is located in Heimstraße in the Bergmannkiez. A quiet and relaxed location with good connections to U7/U6 and good shopping facilities (Biocompany, Alnatura, Edeka not far away). You can get to beautiful parks very quickly (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, Viktoriapark).
Wir genießen unsere Wohnung als schönen Rückzugsort im lebendigen Berlin, d.h. wir machen keine regelmäßigen großen Events oder WG-Partys hier bei uns. Wir respektieren jedes Zimmer als Rückzugsort, aber wir sind auch keine spießige Zweck-WG. Die besten Gespräche haben wir meistens wenn wir uns spontan in der Küche übern Weg laufen. Ab und zu verabreden wir uns zum Kochen, gehen bouldern, Tanzen etc..

We enjoy our flat as a nice haven in the lively Berlin, which means we don't do regular big events or WG parties here. We respect each private room as a place of retreat, but we are not a narrow-minded "Zweck WG" either. The best conversations are usually spontaneous in the kitchen. From time to time we arrange to cook, go bouldering, dancing etc.
Falls du denkst das könnte passen, dann schreib uns gerne und wir können kurzfristig einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Erzähl bitte auch ein bisschen von dir. Bitte schreibe nur, wenn du das Zimmer für den kompletten August mieten würdest. Wir freuen uns auf Dich :)
