Hello lovely people,
I am renting out my room for July and August months.
You will have

- a very nice flatmate who is super quiet

I didn't know much about this area before, but I really started to love it, because of many perks: Gleisdreick with all its beautiful people, Viktoria park with its waterfalls, Imren Kebap - the best in town, plenty of restaurants at Nollendorf Kiez and great connection to the rest of Berlin. Its close to S Yorckstraße and U Bülowstraße (3 min each). Späti and Supermarkt are downstairs.
Queer-friendly is a must, since my flatmate is gay. We don't care who you are as long as you are nice. He is chill and very quite, working in his room most of the time.
Besides that, we sometimes eat together when he cooks something columbian or have a chat on the balcony.

Deposit is one month rent. ID is required. Anmeldung can be discussed.
