Hello
I am Nancy a master student and since i will not be in Berlin from 25th of July to 1st of September i´m gonna be subletting my room. Since it is only for a short period of time no Anmeldung will be possible. Also i am looking for a girl/ woman to sublet my room to.
Room:
The room is the smallest in our WG with 14 sqm. It overlooks the green backyard, is quite calm and gets a lot of sun in the morning. I will move my clothes and some of my things so there will be enough space for yours.
The rent for the month is 450 euro warm.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook.
WG- life:
We are no party WG and enjoy our quiet space. Every now and then we get together to cook or for an ice cream or coffee, but mostly lead independent lives. Everyone picks up after themselves and cleans weekly.
If you move in, you would be living with:
Vassili 44 from Italy. He works in a museum and is a sweet person.
and Hasl 26, from South Korea who is the newest member of our WG
Neighbourhood:
There is a Nahkauf 3 min walk and REWE 5 min walk, Eurogida 7 min walk so you have plenty of markets to choose from. Also Späti, Pharmacy, Baker are all within walking distances(less than 5 mins)
As far as public transport goes Schlessisches Tor (U1;U3) is a 9 min walk away,
Warschauer(M10, s3,s5,s7,s75,s9,) is 15 min walk,
Bus line M29 in Glogauerstrasse is 9 min walk
Bus lines 165/ 265 in Schlessische Str. are 7 min walk
There are plenty of Bars and Restaurants in the area, also Treptower Park, Görlitzer Park, Paul Linke Ufer, Maybach Ufer, Spree Ufer and the famous Berlin Wall are all within walking distance.
The building also has a backyard where you can hang out, barbecue or just leave your bicycle there.
