für unser großartiges Wohnkollektiv im Herzen von Kreuzberg suchen wir zwischen 15.09.2022 und 15.03.2023 mit Option auf Verlängerung eine freundliche, aufgeschlossenen und rücksichtsvolle Person zur Zwischenmiete. Unsere Wohnung ist im vierten Stock mit Fahrstuhl, Wohnküche und shared rooftop, 2min vom Landwehrkanal entfernt. Dein Zimmer ist 24qm groß, mit eigenem Balkon und wird teilmöbliert vermietet (Schrank, Kommode, Regale etc.). Rauchen drinnen ist nicht erlaubt. Zahlreiche U-Bahnen (U1,U3,U7) und Busse sind 3-10 min entfernt und hoffman, ghettonetto und spätis ebenfalls...alles was du brauchst ist da.
Du lebst mit Aurelie, Kati und Noah (alle zwischen 25 und 30) zusammen. Aurelie und Noah studieren und Kati arbeitet Vollzeit. Alle drei mega nett und ich spreche aus Erfahrung...
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG: Wir quatschen gern in der Küche, kochen, chillen gemeinsam auf dem Balkon oder trinken abends was außerhalb...du solltest also nicht nur einen Platz zum schlafen suchen. Wir sind clean, ordentlich, rücksichtsvoll (Es gibt nen Putzplan).

for our great housing collective in the heart of Kreuzberg we are looking for a friendly, open-minded and considerate person for interim rent between 15.09.2022 and 15.03.2023 with the option to extent. Our apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator, eat-in kitchen and shared rooftop, 2min from Landwehrkanal. The room is 24sqm, with private balcony and will be partly furnished with wardrobe, sideboard, shelves etc. (no smoking inside). Numerous subways (U1,U3,U7) and buses are 3-10 min away and hoffman, ghettonetto and spätis as well...everything you need is there.
You live with Aurelie, Kati and Noah (all between 25 and 30). Aurelie and Noah are studying and Kati is working full time. All three mega nice and I speak from experience....
We are not a functional flat-sharing community: we like to chat in the kitchen, cook, chill together on the balcony or have a drink outside in the evening...so you shouldn't just look for a place to sleep. We are clean, tidy, careful (there is a cleaning schedule).
