Hey future friend!
Our spare room is available for around one year, as after it we will have to give the flat back to the agency.
Our flat is located on the first floor & we also have a big terrace outside (entrance from the kitchen)!
Our large kitchen which serves as a living room and a place to invite friends overs.
Your room is around 22m2. The windows are facing the inner side of the building, into our terrace, therefore very quiet.
The pictures of the room is how it looked liked furnished by a previous flatmate.
Room is now unfurnished, but we may have a spare bed, matress and few bits of pieces in our storage room.
Overall, we keep our flat minimalist and tidy.
We all put effort into buying items for the flat, but do not follow any strict planning or rules, just common sense and a roatating cleaning plan. :)
Edeka is right downstairs, as well as U-bahn station!
There's currently me (Kornelija), Michi and Roberto and a dog Athene living here.
Would love to make it clear from the beggining that our flatshare is definitely not a Zweck-WG! :)
We are good friends and love spending some evenings together, inside the flat or out.
Of course, everyone has their own peaceful times in their rooms as much as they like, and it happens that we may not see each other for a week or so if our schedules and activites clash etc.
We sometimes work from home, sometimes go to the office and mainly speak in English together.
We are all vegan&vegetarian, so if you happen to be vegetarian or vegan, that would just make some things easier for all of us hihi :)
The least we would want is for you to feel that you are forced to do or not to do something in our flatshare.
We are aware of how difficult it is to find a room in Berlin, but please try to present the real you, as only then it will work out for the best! 💚
