Hallo zusammen,
Wir vermieten ein kleines aber feines WG-Zimmer in unserer großen, schönen Loft-Wohnung im Januar 2022 (07.1 - 31.1). Das Zimmer ist sofort beziehbar. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch und Stuhl, einem Regal und einer großen Matratze ausgestattet (Decken und Kissen sind optional auch da!). Du kannst aber selbstverständlich auch deine eigenen Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände mitbringen :)
Hinsichtlich des Einzugs- und Auszugstermins sind wir flexibel (+/- 2/3 Tage). Das Zimmer ist ab sofort beziehbar und wird bis Ende Januar/Anfang Februar frei sein.
Die Wohnung ist mitten im schicken Graefekiez. Um die Ecke sind Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants, Bars und der Park Hasenheide ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Obwohl die Wohnung in einer gutbesuchten Ecke liegt, ist das Zimmer ruhig, da es sich im Hinterhof befindet.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 min entfernt und auch zur U-Bahn kommt man schnell (5 min wenn man es eilig hat).
Hier wohnen Larissa, Ole, Lukas, Zoe und Lia (Labrador-Mix). Es herrscht eine sehr herzliche Stimmung bei uns und wir achten die Bedürfnisse des Anderen. Mal sitzen wir abends zusammen zum Abendessen, mal trudelt alle erst im Laufe des Abends ein. Da wir alle berufstätig sind, suchen wir jemanden der nicht vorhat jeden Abend Party zu machen. Am Wochenende läuft aber auch mal Musik bis in die Nacht (aber keine Sorgen in dem Zimmer hört man die für gewöhnlich nicht mehr).

Room
Hello everybody,
We are subletting a small but cosy room in our big, beautiful loft apartment in January 2022. The room is equipped with a desk and chair, a shelf and a big mattress (blankets and pillows are also available as an option!). However, you can of course bring your own furniture and furnishings :)
Regarding the move-in and move-out date, we are flexible (+/- 2/3 days). The room is available for immediate occupancy and will be vacant until the end of January/beginning of February.
Location
The apartment is in the middle of the chic Graefekiez. Around the corner are supermarkets, bakers, restaurants, bars and the park Hasenheide is within 10 min walking distance. Although the apartment is located in a popular corner, the room is quiet, as it is located in the backyard.
The nearest bus stop is 2 min away and you can also get to the subway quickly (5 min if you are in a hurry).
WG-Life
Larissa, Ole, Lukas, Zoe and Lia (Labrador mix) live here. There is a very warm atmosphere with us and we respect each other's needs. Sometimes we sit together for dinner in the evening, sometimes everyone arrives at a diffrent time in the evening. Since we all work, we are looking for someone who does not plan to party every night. On weekends there is sometimes music playing until late at night (but don't worry, you usually don't hear it in the room).
