Helloo WG seekers!
I am currently moving out of my cozy little room, therefore we are looking for someone available to move in from 1st of March. Preferably long term, of course Anmeldung is possible.
I will leave some furniture behind, for which, there is a one time fee of 150€.
We have a basement, where you can store some of your stuff and a cute garden, where you can relax during sunny days.
Room is super sunny, so you will wake up with the sun and birds chirping outside.
You are 5 minutes away from Kottbusser Tor station but the flat is in the more peaceful district. Only 5 minutes away you have Admiralbrücke and the beautiful canal.
All the shops (Rewe, Edeka, Netto, Penny, Biocompany, Rossmann) are within 5 minutes from the apartment.
You will live with Julieta, graphic designer from Argentina and Pavel, IT master from Russia.
They are both working full time so someone with similar schedule is preferred, :)
They are super relaxed and happy to catch up on your latest gossips in the kitchen, but since the apartment is quite small - cleanliness and mutual respect is a must. We are not too open to party people and we would love someone with a day job, so everyone in the flat is having similar lifestyle.
