Das einzige was noch fehlt ist eine Mikrowelle, die aber demnächst angeschafft wird ;) Neben den 3 Zimmern gibt es noch ein ca 30 qm großes Wohnzimmer (mit zweitem Balkon), eine große Küche und ein Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist echt zentral gelegen und mit den Öffentlichen kommst du eigentlich überall fix hin. Ich fahre eigentlich nur mit dem Rad und auch da bist du überall total schnell. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restarauntes findest du hier unzählige und alles was das Herz begehrt.
5 Minuten von der Haltestelle erreichbar mit U, Mit Bus/Bahn in 5min beim Hauptbahnhof bzw. an der Stadtmitte. für Noteinkäufe, 10min zum Bioladen Apotheke und Ärztehaus in 3min erreichbar.
D.h., dass sämtliche Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizungskosten, Hauskosten, Müllabfuhr und Internet). Lediglich der Beitragsservice für Rundfunk ist zusätzlich zu zahlen. In Deinem zukünftigen Zimmer ist auch ein Kabel-Fernsehanschluss.
