Hey Leute!
Da 2 von uns einen kanpp 6 Monate weg sein werden, stehen 2 Zimmer frei zur Untermiete.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4.Zimmer und 2 Bäder und ist 130qm gross.
Die zu vermietenden Zimmer sind jeweils ca. 20 qm gross und sind Zusammenhängend, sprich eins der beiden Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Deswegen suchen wir am ehesten ein Paar oder Freunde denen es nichts ausmacht Tür an Tür für die Zeit zu wohnen :) falls ihr alleine einziehen wollt, schreibt uns bitte nur wenn ihr damit einverstanden seid dass entweder du oder die andere Person im Durchgangszimmer sein wird.

2 of our flatmates are going away for a few months that's why we can sublet two rooms in that time(13.01-30.06) the apartment is 130 sqm and the rooms which are two rent are 20 sqm each. The rooms are connected to each other that's why we preferably looking for a couple/ good friends to rent to.

Gelegen direkt zwischen U Hallesches Tor und U Gneisenaustrasse (beides 7 min zu Fuß) und der M41 ist direkt vor der Tür.
Valentina studiert Biologie und arbeitet nebenbei und Johannes studiert Sonderpädagogik. Wir starten öfter was zusammen aber jede*r hat auch die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen wenn sie/er mag.
Der Preis ist pro Zimmer.
