Hallo an alle,

wir (zwei weiblich sozialisierte Menschen Ende 20 und zwei Katzis) suchen ab 15.04.2022 (flexibel) nach einer neuen Untermieterperson (wenn wir gut zusammenpassen unbefristet). Wichtig ist für uns, dass du dich mit unseren Einstellungen identifizieren kannst. Für Rassist:Innen, Sexist:Innen und Querdenker:Innen ist hier kein Platz! Wir wünschen uns und kämpfen für eine Welt ohne lebensfeindliche Gesinnungen, Staatsgrenzen, Repressionsorgane sondern gelebter Solidarität.

Wir leben hier insgesamt zu dritt. Uns ist ein toleranter und respektvoller Umgang und offene Kommunikation miteinander sehr wichtig. Außerdem leben zwei Katzen bei uns, die dich im Zimmer auch gerne besuchen kommen. Es ist uns also von daher sehr wichtig, dass du ein Mensch bist der mit Katzen gut auskommt, im Besten Fall vielleicht sogar schon mal mit welchen zusammen gelebt hat.Wir rauchen beide in der Wohnung, lüften aber viel dh in der Wohnung riecht es nicht nach Rauch, aber wenn dich drinnen rauchen stört, passen wir wahrscheinlich auch nicht zusammen. Wir bevorzugen wenn du dich vegetarisch ernährst bzw. mindestens kein Fleisch in der Küche kochst (eine Person ernährt sich meist vegan, manchmal wenn foodsharing Sachen überbleiben auch freegan, die andere überwiegen vegetarisch).

Wir haben einen Putzplan, dass klappt mal besser, mal schlechter aber uns ist wichtig dass die Carearbeit nicht an einer Person hängen bleibt was sonst schnell der Fall war. Wir halten die gemeinsamen Räume sauber, also sollte es für dich selbstverstädnlich sein, hinter dir aufzuräumen und dich gemeinsam mit uns für ein gutes Zusammenleben verantwortlich zu fühlen. Ob wir einen geteilten Kühlschrank haben würden wir abhängig von den individuellen Ernährungsgewohnheiten besprechen wenn du eingezogen bist.

Wir wünschen uns ein Mensch der 'mit' uns lebt und nicht nur nebenher, also dass wir auch Dinge gemeinsam unternehmen, sei es kochen, zu einer Demo gehen oder die Nacht bei Wein und Bier durchquatschen (Limo is natürlich auch ok 😉.

Eine Person von uns ist relativ häufig für 1-2 Monate weg (2-3x im Jahr) und vermietet in dieser Zeit das Zimmer unter, dass immer wieder unterschiedliche Leute hier leben sollte kein Problem für dich sein. Wir sprechen aber immer gemeinsam ab welche Person das Zimmer nimmt, so dass sich alle mit der Eintscheidung wohlfühlen.

Das Zimmer um welches es geht ist ca. 12qm groß, schön hell und hat Morgen- bzw. im Sommer auch Mittagssonne. Das Zimmer geht direkt zur Straße raus und liegt im ersten Stock an einer sehr belebten Straße (auch Nachts), du solltest also nicht lärmempflindlich sein. Dafür kann Mensch wunderbar im sonnigen Fenster sitzen und auch zu Covid-Zeiten das Treiben auf der Straße beobachten. Es gibt jede Menge Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Görlitzerpark ist nur 3 Minuten von uns entfernt.

Klo und Bad sind getrennt, wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad und Klo.

Meld dich gerne wenn du Interesse hast und der Text dich anspricht. Bitte schau dass auch wirklich alle Punkte für dich passen dass sparrt uns allen Zeit und Fustration. Wir haben da leider nicht so gute Erfahrungen, deswegen ein kleines Experiment 🙂 wenn du den Text bis hier her gelesen hast, bau doch in deinen ersten Satz das Wort 'Utopie' ein.

Eine Anmeldung können wir bei der Hausverwaltung beantragen, bisher hat das leider 20 Euro im Monat gekostet. Wir haben nun aber einen neue Hausverwaltung und sind beim Mieter:Innenschutzbund, vielleicht lässt sich da ja noch was machen.

we (two female socialized people in their late 20s and two katzis) are looking for a new subtenant from 15.04.2022 (possibly without timelimit). It is important for us that you can identify with our (political) views. There is no place for racists, sexists and Querdenker! We wish and fight for a world without hostile attitudes, state borders, repressive organs but lived solidarity.

We would be three people living at the flat with you. A tolerant and respectful contact and open communication with each other is important to us. In addition, two cats live with us, which also like to visit you in the room. Therefore it is very important to us that you are a person who gets along well with cats, in the best case scenario you may even have lived with one. We both smoke in the apartment, but ventilate a lot, i.e. in the apartment it does not smell of smoke, but if smoking inside bothers you, we probably do not fit together. We prefer a vegetarian diet and mindset or at least no meat in the kitchen (one person is mostly vegan, sometimes freegan if there is foodsharing left over, the other is mostly vegetarian).

We have a cleaning plan, which works sometimes better, sometimes worse, but it is important to us that the care work does not remain with one person, which was otherwise quickly the case. We keep the common rooms clean, so it should be self-evident for you to clean up after yourself and to feel responsible together with us for a good living together. Whether we have a shared fridge we would discuss depending on individual eating habits when you moved in.

We would like to have a person who lives 'with' us and not just along us, so that we also do things together, be it cooking, going to a demo or talking the night away with wine and beer (soda is ok too of course 😉.

One of us is relatively often away for 1-2 months (2-3x a year) and rents out their room during this time. That means that different people live here and this shouldn't be a problem for you. But we always discuss together which person will take the room, so that everyone feels comfortable with the decision.

Your possible futur room is about 12 square meters, costs 450€ per month incl. utilities. Its light and bright and has morning sun, in summer also midday sun. The room faces the street and is located on the first floor on a very busy street (even at night), so you should not be sensitive to noise. But you can sit in the sunny window and watch the hustle and bustle on the street even at Covid times. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping and the Görlitzerpark is only 3 minutes away from us.

Toilet and bathroom are separate, we have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

We can apply for a registration at the property management, but until now it cost 20 euros per month. But we now have a new property management and are at a association for protection of tenants, maybe we can still do something.
