The room is quiet, bright and facing the backyard. I still have a view plants but the room doesn’t look exactly like in the picture because I already kind of moved out. I need to renovate the apartment before my contract ends. This is why the short time for rent. So this is nothing to get settled.
The apartment is ideally located right in front of the U-Bahn station Gneisenaustrasse. It basically still belongs to the area of Bergmannkiez which is a very popular area in Berlin. Such is Mehringdamm, which is within a walking distance of 8min. Famous Tempelhofer Feld is 10min by bike. Close by there are all sorts of groceries, such as the organic supermarket Alnatura.
I have moved to Hungary last year in February and now my contract is coming to an end. (I CANNOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO THE HOUSE COMPANY)
Currently there is just Alejandro living in the apartment. He is a very easygoing and nice guy and he plays the guitar in the streets of Berlin.
