The room we offer for rent is about 28sqm and has direct access to one of the outdoor areas of the apartment. Partially equipped with a bed, a desk and a large closet.
The flat itself has also a lot to offer: big living area with a lot of daylight, a big outdoor space etc. An architectural masterpiece
The apartment has a unique location in Kreuzberg. Near Südstern station (u7) and the very nice Graefekiez with many cafes and restaurants. If you are a nature lover, Hasenheise is also only 5min away where you can go for a run or just relax.
We are two guys (couple) who decided to move to this great city last year. Since our apartment is way too big for just the two of us, we decided to rent out one of the rooms. We are both working, mostly out of the office.
The ideal person to live with us would be someone who shares the same passion for Berlin that we have and who likes to have dinner or drinks together occasionally, but at the same time has his own agenda. A big plus is also if you already have experience living in a WG and know how to use a vacuum cleaner ;)
The rest is not so important. We are looking forward to meeting you.
