Dein Zimmer ist am Ende des Flurs. Es liegt hinten zum Hof und ist daher ziemlich ruhig. Das Schreibtisch und der Schrank werden zur Nutzung geräumt.
Your room is at the end of the hallway. The room faces the back yard, so is quiet. The desk and the cupboard will be cleared for your use.
Die Wohnung ist in einer schönen, sehr aktiven Gegend. Sie ist super angebunden, es gibt direkt an der Ecke eine Bushaltestelle. Man kann zu Fuß bis Görlitzerbahnhof oder Schlesisches Tor in circa. 10-15 Minuten laufen. Ansonsten ist der Kanal 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt viele Cafes, Bars, Clubs und Restaurants. Der Görlitzerpark ist direkt an der Ecke. Lidl, Edeka und Aldi erreicht man in 10 Minuten. Es gibt auch einen Türkischen Supermarkt durch den Park und 15 Minuten entfernt gibt es Dienstags und Freitags gibt den Türkischen Markt am Ufer.
The apartment is in a bustling neighbourhood. It is well connected to the public transportation, there is a bus station directly on the corner. You can walk to either Görlitzerbahnhof or Schlesisches Tor in about 10-15 minutes. Otherwise the canal is about 5 minutes away. There are a lot of cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants nearby. The Görlitzerpark is right up on the corner. There is Lidl, Edeka and Aldi 10 minutes away. There is also a Turkish supermarket through the park and 15 minutes away there is the Turkish market on the canal every Tuesday and Friday.
Wir suchen jemand sauberes und respektvolles für die Zwischenmiete in Dezember und die ersten paar Tage in Januar. Dein Mitbewohner wird Ross sein. Er kommt aus Irland und arbeitet von zuhause.
Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Badezimmer hat eine Waschmaschine, die du mit benutzen kannst. In den Gemeinschaftsräume erwarten wir, dass jeder seine eigenen Sachen wegräumt und wir suchen jemand, der die Wohnung und die Sachen darin allgemein liebevoll behandeln kann.
We are looking for a clean and respectful housemate to rent the big bedroom for the length of December and the first few days of January.

The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook. The bathroom has a washing machine you can use. We expect you to clean up after you own stuff in the shared rooms and we are looking for someone who can generally treat the apartment and the things in it with love.
