10qm Zimmer in einer 4er WG in Mitte (Kreuzmitte).
Das Zimmer ist hell und geht mit dem Fenster zum Innenhof, deswegen auch sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und hat Platz für einen 140cm Bett, wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann.
Für das Zimmer wird eine weibliche Person gesucht, die auch der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist (zumindest kommunikationssicher).
Die Miete kann sich im kommenden Jahr geringfügig nach oben ändern.
Die Wohnung liegt in Kreuzberg, gleichzeitig aber sehr nah an Mitte. Es sind nur
2 min zur U8 Heinrich Heine Straße, 4 min zur S Janowitzbrücke, 6 min zur U2 Märkisches Museum.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Nelson (31), Viktoria (27) und Ilia (26) sein.
Ilia und Nelson arbeiten Vollzeit und Viktoria studiert und arbeitet.
Wir suchen eine entspannte, lebensfreudige und aufgeschlossene Person im Alter von 25 bis 33.
Gerne isst man mal zusammen, wenn man Zeit hat oder quatscht in der Küche.

Es wird ein neuer Vertrag aufgesetzt, deswegen kommt es zu einer Preiserhöhung. Die Miete wird ca. bei 400€ Warm liegen.
