Das Zimmer hat 15 qm mit einem großen Fenster. Alle Möbel können kostenlos übernommen werden. Wenn Sie sie nicht möchten, können Sie sie entfernen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und verfügt über drei Zimmer, eine Küche, 3 Bäder und einen Balkon. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die Sie gerne benutzen können.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Nordteil der Stadt, Geschäfte, Ärzte sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt immer einen freien Parkplatz für Ihr Auto vor oder in der Nähe des Hauses ;) Die Parkplatzsituation ist recht gut und die Nachbarn sind alle nett.
Mir ist eine gewisse Grundordnung und Struktur wichtig, vor allem aber ein harmonisches Miteinander. Gemeinsam, aber trotzdem unabhängig. Hauptsache, Sie und ich fühlen uns wirklich wohl. Neben einem kleinen Badezimmer gibt es eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Balkon, die wir uns teilen werden.
