Offering a 34sqm room with private balcony to the backyard in a friendly 4-er WG. The apartment is located in a quiet side street to Schlesischenstraße in close proximity to the Oberbaumbrücke.
We will only consider people who are vaccinated, and have a permanent job in Berlin.
Schlesi, near the Oberbaumbrücke. Great restaurants, good shops, and connection to U1, U3, buses and Warschauer Str U and S-Bahn.
There are three other housemates. Two have been here a while - Leila and Adam. We are looking for another person for the last room in the next month or two. Leila is from the UK. She loves to cook and explore Berlin. Adam is from the US, and works as an elite Lacrosse coach. Both are really easygoing and keep the flat clean and welcoming.
I would offer this as a sublet to start with just for a few months, with the possibility of extension. If you did take over the contract permanently you would of course have anmeldung.
