Das Zimmer ist 8m2 groß und befindet sich in einer schönen Altbauwohnung. Durch das eingebaute Hochbett bietet das Zimmer ausreichend Platz für Schreibtisch und Regale. Das Zimmer ist vorerst bis zum 31.10.2022 verfügbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg, gleich am Paul-Lincke-Ufer. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist optimal, die U-bahn Stationen Kottbusser Tor, Görlitzer Bahnhof und Schönleinstraße sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Busstation Ohlauer Straße ist in einer Minute erreichbar. In der Gegend gibt es unzählige Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und verschiedenste Supermärkte. Der Wochenmarkt am Maybachufer ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Wir sind Studentinnen und führen ein entspanntes, freundschaftliches WG-Leben. Wir sitzen abends gern mal zusammen in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon. Sauberkeit und Rücksicht ist uns sehr wichtig.
