Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in Kreuzberg für 7 Wochen, weil ich im Ausland sein werde.
Neubau 18 Sqm Zimmer in Kreuzberg. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr freundlich und arbeitet in Tech. Wir haben ein großes Garten, eine Küche, und ein schönes Badzimmer. Wir haben ein Bügel und Staubsauger auch.
Das Zimmer hat ein Fernseher, einen Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, ein Sofa, eine Mattratze, ein Bett und eine Kommode. Das Sofa ist ein auziehbares Bett.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg neben Görlitzer Park. Die Warmemiete liegt auf €699. Wlan kostet €15.50 pro monat.
Jeder Monat muss eine Kaution in Höhe von €30 bezahlt. Die Kaution gilt für die Pflege des Gartens.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auch neben Paul Lincke Ufer. Es gibt viele schönen Restaurants, Cafes und Kneipen in der Umgebung.
Es gibt viele netten Menschen im Gebäude und wir verstehen uns gut mit allen.
Wir haben ein Waschmaschine aber kein Spülmaschine

I rent my room in Kreuzberg for 7 weeks because I will be abroad.
New building 18 Sqm room in Kreuzberg. My roommate is very friendly and works in Tech. We have a big garden, a kitchen and a nice bathroom. We have an iron and vacuum too.
The room has a TV, a desk, a chair, a sofa, a mattress, a bed and a dresser. The Sofa has a pull out bed also.
The apartment is located in Kreuzberg next to Görlitzer Park. The warm rent is €699 with a deposit of €500. Wifi costs €15.5 per month.
Each month a deposit of €30 must be paid. The deposit is for the maintenance of the garden.
The apartment is also located next to Paul Lincke Ufer. There are many nice restaurants, cafes and pubs in the area.
There are many nice people in the building and we get along well with everyone.
We have a washing machine but no dishwasher.
Es gibt ein Penny und Edeka in der Nähe. Penny ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Görlitzer U-Bahn ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß enterfnt. Schwimmbad Prinzenbad ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Treptower Park ist echt schön und ist auch 20 Minuten entfernt.
