The room in this chill WG is available from the 15th of November until the end of March.
**** Besides the bed and matrices, the room is being rented without furniture. ****
It is a small but very cosy room.
The flat is located in a quiet street just a couple meters away from the lovely Wrangelkiez. It's just a couple of steps, and you find everything that a hipster heart wants. U1/U3, U8 and Warschauer Straße are only a couple of hundred meters away. It's also just 200 meters to the Görlitzer Park.
You would live with Ole (27) and Julius (27) who both are very down-to-earth and extremely uncomplicated people. They both work, mostly they go to the office in the morning. Sometimes, they enjoy the benefits of home office. An occasional Feierabend-Bierchen and or round of Boccia are taking place. You will like them, I am very sure :)
The room costs €550 per month. A "Kaution" of €250 is additional, I will of course give you a written documentation, and we can also have it documented in a "contract" (Untermietvertrag).
Getting to know each other and a flat-tour can be happening via G-meet or Skype.
