Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 groß, Südseite mit Blick auf den Balkon (trotzdem hell) und voll mödeliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Kommode). Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche und kleines Bad.
In der Wohnung ist absolutes Rauchverbot.

Die nächste U-Bahn Station (Mehringdamm) ist in 8 min zu erreichen und eine Bushaltestelle liegt gleich um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur 3-5 min zu Fuß entfernt, in der Bergmannstraße. Auch befindet sich die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zu drei Parks (Viktoria Park, Gleisdreieckspark, Tempelhofer Feld), diese laden, besonders im Sommer, einen ein seine Zeit draußen zu verbringen.

The apartment is located in the Vikoria-Kiez and is well connected by public transport. The nearest subway station (Mehringdamm) is 12 min away and a bus stop is just around the corner. Shopping facilities are also only 3-5 min walk away, in Bergmannstraße. Also the apartment is located in close proximity to three parks (Viktoria Park, Gleisdreieckspark, Tempelhofer Feld), these invite, especially in summer, to spend his time outside.
